1)Civil Stock does not accept returns for any products unless they are proven to be defective at the time of delivery.
2)We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any other reasons.
1)If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery with supporting evidence such as photos or videos.
2)Defective products may be eligible for return or replacement after verification by our quality team. 3)Requests for defective product returns must be made within 2 days of delivery.
1)Contact our customer support at SUPPORT@CIVILSTOCK.CO.IN to initiate a return claim.
2)Approved defective products must be returned in original packaging for inspection.
3)Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund based on your preference.
1)Shipping costs for return of defective products will be borne by Civil Stock.
2)For clarity, returns due to reasons other than defects will not be accepted or refunded.
