Cancellation Policy

At Civil Stock, managed by Etix India Pvt Ltd, we understand that order changes sometimes occur. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

1. Cancellation Timeframe

i)Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 days from the date of placing the order.

ii)No cancellation requests will be accepted after 2 days from order placement.

2. Post-Shipment Cancellation

i)Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

ii)Due to the heavy nature of construction materials and complex shipping logistics, we cannot accept cancellations for shipped orders.

3. How to Cancel

i)To cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, contact our customer support promptly at support@civilstock.co.in with your order details.

ii)We will confirm the cancellation if the order has not been shipped.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

i)Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after cancellation confirmation.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

i)Customised or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled once processing starts and are non-refundable.
