At Civil Stock, we are committed to delivering quality products and reliable service. Given the nature and logistics of heavy construction materials, our refund policy is as follows:


I. Refund Request Window.

1)Refund requests will only be accepted within 2 days from the date of order.

2)No refund requests will be accepted after 2 days from the date of order, under any circumstances.


II. Shipping & Non-Refundable Status.

1)Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept any refund or return requests.

2)Shipping heavy materials involves significant costs and logistical challenges; therefore, orders that have left our facility or are marked as dispatched/shipped are non-refundable.


III. Refund Eligibility.

1)If a refund request is placed within 2 days and the product has not been shipped, your request will be reviewed and processed per our standard procedures.

2)Customised, special-order, or clearance items are not eligible for a refund unless clearly proven defective prior to shipping.


IV. Refund Process.

2)Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7-14 business days from approval.
